Dark Mode is Here!

We are happy to announce that one of our most requested features is being released today in version 2.4.1.0: Dark Mode.

You can now set Ghost Browser to inherit your system settings or specify light or dark mode regardless of your system settings. To turn it on or toggle the setting, just go to Menu–>Settings–>Appearance and you will see the mode selector there.

Dark Mode is helpful for reducing eye strain on those long days and we hope it will add to your productivity. Dark Mode also generally helps with battery life, enhanced readability in low light, makes the browser more accessible and is just plain better looking. We hope you enjoy it!

Version 2.4.1.0 also has a bug fix in Ghost Proxy Control when using the “next in list” feature to determine what proxies should be assigned to new tabs.

If you have not yet tried the powerful proxy related features in Ghost Browser or need help finding good proxies, please note we don’t make proxy company recommendations through our support channel, but you can search and learn about researched and reviewed providers on PickAProxy.com. Some of the reviews there are brutally honest and can help you avoid issues when choosing proxy providers.

Finally, we had a couple of minor bugs in the sidebar that were fixed. So now, everything is working smoothly and looking very good as well!

If you have any issues with the update, just let us know. We’re here to help.
