We are very happy to announce that we have completely changed our e-commerce platform, and as a result, are going to be able to say 'yes, we can do that' to our customers a lot more than in the past. That's a relief for all of us.
Details are below, but first, if you recently received a 'New Order' email confirmation on an order that was actually old, thanks for clicking the link! We wanted to let you know that you were NOT charged again. That email was generated when we migrated your account to the new system. There is one important step you need to take though!
Since we don't store any credit card information on our servers, you'll need to re-enter yours to have your subscription properly renew. All credit card information has been de-linked from our site.
So, if you are an existing user or have not placed a new order since 11/19/19, please go here to re-add a payment method and billing address. Thank you!
Now for the good stuff!
The new system basically allows us a lot more flexibility in how we can allow you to order what you need, including:
- Ordering multiple subscriptions in one order.
- Adjusting your number of licenses up or down.
- Simplified billing and invoicing.
- One charge for multi-subscription holders.
- Improved invoice delivery (coming soon).
- And more flexibility for those random one-off requests that come in.
It's also going to help us streamline our support of order-related issues so we can spend more time on solving the bigger problems!
Thanks for your patience with our old system. You all definitely deserve better than what we previously had and we're glad to be able to finally deliver it.
